Preparations for Global Investors Conference begin, road shows in Chennai, Ahmedabad and Mumbai to achieve investment targets.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami along with his cabinet ministers will take part in a domestic road show to achieve the investment target before the Global Investors Conference. Dhami along with his three cabinet ministers will hold road shows in Chennai, Ahmedabad and Mumbai. He will also leave for Chennai on Wednesday.

A preparation meeting for the road show was held on Monday in which the locations were decided. Before the investor conference, the government wants to ground investments worth thousands of crores of rupees. For this, the government is also signing MOUs with investors. Starting with the campaign to attract investors in New Delhi, the government has so far conducted road shows abroad.

Investment target of Rs 2.5 lakh crore

These three road shows will be led by Chief Minister Dhami himself. The state government got a lot of success during the tour to Britain and United Arab Emirates. The government has signed MoUs worth Rs 54,550 crore in the road shows held at these three places. The government has set an investment target of Rs 2.5 lakh crore through the investor conference.
