Uttarakhand: Special survey conducted door to door, two lakh voters missing from the state, notice issued, know how many voters are missing in which district?

Two lakh voters are missing in Uttarakhand. This time the information about their names has come out in the booth-by-booth survey conducted by the Election Office across the state. The election office has issued notice to all of them. On the other hand, the total number of voters in the state has been recorded as 24067.
On Friday, Chief Electoral Officer Dr. V Shanmugam gave information related to voters, polling places etc. in a press conference after special review. He said that on January 27, the total number of voters in the state was 81,67,568, which included 42,35,953 men, 39,31,320 women and 295 transgender voters. According to the data released on October 27, the total number of voters in the state has reached 81,43,501, which includes 42,18,089 men, 39,25,143 women and 269 transgenders.
This time in the state, door-to-door survey was conducted in booth-booth by the election office. Special teams were appointed for this. 1,91,376 voters were found who were missing during the survey. The people of the surrounding villages and localities said that he was not there. The election office has issued notice to all of them. They have to reply in seven days. After this, ARO (SDM), AERO (Tehsildar) will dispose of them. A campaign to create voters is going on. A special campaign to make voters will be held on November 4, 5, 25 and 26, in which BLOs will be available at the booths. The final voter list will be published on January 5 next year. Lok Sabha elections are to be held on the basis of this list.

Yamkeshwar Assembly Range Office, Laldhang of Pauri Garhwal has the least number of seven voters while Wisdom International Public School, Salempur Mahbud, Haridwar has the highest number of 1383 voters in the state. The election office has increased the number of polling places to 11,729 from 11,647 in January.
Joint Chief Electoral Officer Pratap Singh Shah said that earlier there were 11647 polling places in the state. There were many polling places whose distance was more than two kilometers, hence 104 new polling places were proposed in the state. Similarly, polling places were merged due to increase in voters etc. In this way the total number of polling places increased to 11,729. These include 544 in Uttarkashi, 592 in Chamoli, 362 in Rudraprayag, 963 in Tehri, 1880 in Dehradun, 1713 in Haridwar, 945 in Pauri, 611 in Pithoragarh, 381 in Bageshwar, 920 in Almora, 344 in Champawat, 1010 in Nainital, Udham Singh.
