A case of fatal attack on a judge has come to light in Hamirpur district of Uttar Pradesh. This attack has been carried out by none other than a lawyer. When the judge was coming out of the court, a lawyer stopped his car and tried to strangulate the judge by taking him out. With great difficulty, the judge’s security guard and driver freed the judge from the lawyer’s grip. On the complaint of the judge, a case has been registered against the accused lawyer under serious sections and he has been arrested.
According to the information, ADJ Sudesh Kumar was coming out of the court premises in his car, when lawyer Ramdas Savita, who was ambushed at Gate No. 2, placed his bike in front of his car. As soon as the ADJ driver stopped the car, lawyer Ramdas took out Judge Sudesh Kumar and started strangulating him. Seeing the lawyer being strangled, people standing nearby ran to the judge and he was somehow saved.
ADJ Sudesh Kumar, while giving a complaint letter in Hamirpur Sadar Kotwali, has said that the accused lawyer Ramdas was continuously pressurizing his client to get bail in a case of SDPS. He had presented a fake affidavit in the court for bail, the judge had warned of action against him if the fake affidavit was exposed. He was angry due to this and today, seeing the opportunity, the lawyer stopped the car and attacked the ADJ fatally.
As soon as the information about the fatal attack on ADJ Sudesh Kumar by accused lawyer Ramdas Savita was received, the Advocates Association Hamirpur has canceled his membership. Also, on the complaint of ADJ, the police have registered a case under serious sections and the lawyer is being arrested and sent to jail.
