BSNL will sell its 20 valuable plots, three valuable places will be auctioned in Lucknow
Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) will sell 20 of its valuable plots across the country. Of these, maximum seven lands are in Uttar Pradesh. Apart from these, three plots each will be sold in Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Tamil Nadu, two in Kerala and one each in Punjab and Puducherry.
BSNL is selling these lands under monetization policy. Presently these plots are not being used. PRO, GM, BSNL Business Area, Lucknow NN Pandey said that BSNL has decided to sell 20 valuable lands across the country including seven in Uttar Pradesh. E-auction notice has been issued for this.
Sale will be done through e-auction
The land will be sold through e-auction. Bidding for this can be done from 10th to 29th November. Technical bid will be placed on November 30. The date of financial bid has not been released yet. This information will be given on MSCT portal of BSNL.
Three out of seven plots in Uttar Pradesh are in Lucknow. These include 11,792.20 square meter area of Staff Quarter Compound Sector G LDA Colony Kanpur Road worth Rs 77.21 crore, BSNL Store Transport Nagar 4,806 square meter area. The rate is Rs 26.77 crore and 9,227 sq.m. of Staff Quarter Compound Vikas Nagar Sector 2, Ward-Lohia Nagar. The price has been fixed at Rs 48.75 crore.
Apart from this, 3,800 square meters of Telephone Exchange Compound Rampur Banwari, Najibabad, Bijnor in the state. Priced at Rs 14.48 crore, 3,800 sq m of Sarai Bika Machlishahr, Jaunpur. Price is Rs 4.05 crore and 2,430 square meter of Belwar Gadwara, Machhilishahar Jaunpur. Price is 2.74 crores and 2.950 square meters of Badhwa Bazaar, Jaunpur. The value of the land has been fixed at Rs 3.50 crore.
Land of Andhra Pradesh is 6,377 square meters of Annavaram Bank Colony Tuni. Price of area Rs 13.99 crore, 4,180 sq.mt of Store Yard Compound Near Telephone Exchange, Ward- 13 Palakol. The land rate is Rs 12.19 crore and the telephone exchange compound of Kondapalli is six thousand square meters. The price of the land has been fixed at Rs 11.02 crore.
Land of Madhya Pradesh, 9,710 sq.m., Staff Quarters Compound, Dum Dum Road, Old Itarsi. Rate 8.43, 2,683.65 square meter of Rajendra Talkies Bhatnagar Shahdul near BSNL Compound. 4.72 and 50 plots of land, 12,172 square meters of Kalani Bagh, Colony Dewas City. The price has been fixed at Rs 39.29 crore.
Tamil Nadu Land of Telephone Exchange and Staff Quarter-II, Palani Road Udumalpet is 4,267 Sq.M. Rate Rs 11.76 crore, 2,929 sq.m. of Microwave Building Karamandi, Mettupalayam, Coimbatore. The price of land has been fixed at Rs 12.83 crore and the rate of 2,396 square meter land of BSNL DTO Compound Villappuram has been fixed at Rs 11.19 crore.
Nine thousand square meters of land in Kerala, Punjab and Puducherry, Telephone Exchange Compound, Chundi, Ernakulam, Kerala. The land has been valued at Rs 17.81 crore, 3,580 square meter land on Mythrinagar Main Road, Kollam Kerala has been valued at Rs 5.38 crore.
2,237 sq.mt of Co-Axial Compound Colas Nagar Puducherry. 21.79 crores of land and 79,422 square meters of Regional Telecom Training Center Guru Amardas Colony, Patiala Rajpura. The price of the land is fixed at Rs 64.24 crore.
