Uttarakhand: Disabled player asked for help from MLA, said – facility has not been received till date
On one hand, the disabled player from Rishikesh, Uttarakhand has proved her mettle in badminton even in foreign countries. On the other hand, even today they have to wander due to lack of facilities. For which he has appealed to the MLA.
Disabled badminton player did not get facilities
Disabled player from Rishikesh, Uttarakhand who has proved her mettle in badminton. Even today she is yearning for facilities. Disabled badminton player Neerja Goyal has represented the country at the national and international level. He has also brought glory to the country by visiting Tokyo, Japan. But till date he has not been able to get any facility from the Uttarakhand government.
Disabled player asked for help from MLA
He says that the Uttarakhand government has disappointed him. Due to this disappointment, today he has narrated the story of his helplessness to Khanpur MLA Umesh Kumar. After listening to their ordeal, Khanpur MLA has given them assurance.
He told that although he was provided a sports wheel chair by the Sports Minister. But no coach was provided by the Uttarakhand government. Due to which they have to go out at their own expense.

Neerja Goyal says that she tried to meet the Chief Minister several times in this regard. But he was not allowed to meet the Chief Minister. Due to which today she has met Khanpur MLA with great expectations.
They hope that he will help them in getting help. MLA Umesh Kumar says that it is very sad that a disabled player has to face so much trouble. He will soon talk to the Chief Minister in this regard.
