Uttar Pradesh / Badaun: Husband died, brother-in-law used to indulge in obscenity with sister-in-law! Black foil was put in CCTV for this reason
While giving a complaint, a woman resident of a locality of Kotwali area of the city told the police that her husband had died many years ago. It is alleged that after the death of her husband, her brother-in-law keeps an evil eye on her. He often makes obscene gestures and flirts. She lives in the upper part of the house.
Whereas the brother-in-law’s family lives in the lower part. His sister-in-law beats and abuses him every day. The accused have made their life difficult. Troubled by this, he got CCTV cameras installed in the house. But the accused put black foil on the camera and cut the wire. Along with this, the accused made their keys and stole electronics and jewellery.
When a complaint is made to the police, they pour acid on the children and threaten to kill them. On May 27, the accused beat and molested her. On hearing the scream, neighbors came and saved them. Complained from police to SSP, but no hearing took place. Now, on the orders of the court, the city Kotwali police has started investigation by registering an FIR against the accused brother-in-law Sanjay and sister-in-law Yogita on charges of molestation, assault and intimidation.
