The manner in which the incident of urinating on the face of a student has come to light in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, has exposed the barbaric thinking of the accused. After drinking alcohol, the student was beaten badly by his drunken friends in the Medical Police Station area. He grabbed her hair and dragged her. He put a pistol in his mouth and threatened to kill him. After this, they put a belt around their neck and took them to a deserted place. Pissed on face. The medical police has arrested the accused Ashish Malik in this case. The accused was arrested on Sunday and presented in the Magistrate Court. From there he got bail. The father of the victim student says that if he does not get justice, he will commit suicide. This whole matter has heated up the atmosphere in Meerut.
The incident happened with a youth living in Ganganagar police station area of Meerut. The youth had passed the 12th examination last year. He is preparing for competitive exam. The student’s father says that his son had gone to his aunt’s house in Jagriti Vihar of Medical Police Station area. There he found Rajan. Both friends joined together. After this, Ashish Malik of Ajanta Colony, Mohit Thakur, resident of Somdutt Vihar, Avi Sharma, resident of Jail Chungi and three unknown people beat up the boy. The victim’s father alleges that everyone was under the influence of alcohol during the incident.
Beating with a belt around the neck
The father alleges that his son was brutally beaten with sticks. They tied a belt around their neck and beat them like animals. Put a pistol in his mouth. He took him to a deserted area of Jagriti Vihar and urinated on his face while threatening to kill him. Made a video of this entire incident. They left the child in a half-dead condition. On the morning of November 14, when his son reached home in an upset mood, he informed about the assault. Filed a complaint in the medical police station. On this basis, the police registered a report against the accused on November 16 under sections of rioting, abusive language, threatening to kill and assault.
Case opened due to viral video
The father of the victim student says that his son did not tell about urinating on his mouth on November 14 due to shyness. When the video of this incident went viral, they got information in this regard on 19 November. He informed this to the medical station. After this the police added section 294 of IPC in the case. SP City Piyush Kumar Singh has said in the case that the main accused Ashish Malik was arrested on Sunday. Police are conducting raids in search of other absconding accused Avi Sharma, Rajan, Mohit Thakur and other youths. The accused will be arrested soon. In the viral video, the main accused can be heard urinating on the victim student and abusing others.
Threatened to commit suicide
The victim’s father says that if his son does not get justice in this case, he will commit suicide. Kidnapping section should be imposed against the accused. For this he has asked to meet the SSP. He said that the accused should be caught and sent to jail. In this case, Medical Station Incharge Suryadeep Singh said that a case has been registered against accused Ashish Malik under sections 147, 323, 504, 506 and 294 of IPC. Videos and photographs were also presented as evidence. He was presented in the court on Sunday afternoon. The police station in-charge says that when the family members told about the issue of urination on Saturday, the section was increased in the case. Efforts are being made to arrest the remaining accused.
