Harish Rawat said that it would have been better if only pure Uttarakhandi dishes were served in this event. It includes various products including rice from Haridwar, bad ghee and pulses of Dhule month. Among the sweet dishes, Uttarakhandi organic jaggery along with Arsa, Bal Mithai, Singodi and Khinchua of Didihat, Agra Khal Rabdi would have found place.
