Route diversion plan released for Investor Summit, leave the house only after seeing it otherwise you will be in trouble
In view of the organization of Global Investors Summit (Uttarakhand Global Investors Summit 2023) in Dehradun, the police has issued a traffic plan. Police has appealed to the people of Dehradun to reduce the use of Ballupur, Cantt Road and Chakrata Road during the Investors Summit.
This will be the route plan during Investor Summit
In view of the Uttarakhand Global Investor Summit- 2023 organized at FRI, the traffic diversion plan in Dehradun on 8th and 9th December will be like this.
Route Plan –
• Vehicles of Delegates will enter from Kaulagarh Gate and drop the Delegates from Roy Road to Hart Road and go to the designated parking places. Return via this route.
• Media/VIP vehicles will enter through the traveler gate and reach the venue by parking the vehicles at designated parking spots. Return via this route.
• The vehicles of the visitors attending the program will enter from Babu Gate / Traveler Gate and park the vehicles at the designated parking places and reach the program venue. Return via this route.
• Vehicles of duty personnel will enter through Babu Gate/Traveler Gate and park the vehicles at designated parking spots and reach their respective duty points. Return via this route.
• Citizens coming by bus will drop the bus at Babu Gate and park it in the designated 30 Bigha parking space at Basant Vihar.
There will be parking spaces here –
• Platinum vehicles parking – Trump Road near FRI Building
• Parking of Diamond vehicles – on Mason Road and Howard Road
• Parking of media vehicles – on Lohri Road in front of Union Bank.
• Govt official’s /Duty Parking – On Rodger Road
• Gold Parking – On Rodger Road and Babu Road
• Bus Parking – 30 Bigha vacant land in Basant Vihar
Diversion/Warrier System
1- Vehicles coming from Vikasnagar to Dehradun city will be diverted from Dhulkot towards Shimla bypass.
2- The traffic coming from the city via Vikas Nagar via Prem Nagar will be diverted from Prem Nagar Market to Daru Chowk towards Gorakhpur Chowk Shimla Bye Pass Road.
3- Traffic coming from Premnagar towards Panditwadi will be sent towards Basant Vihar via Lovely Market.
4- Heavy vehicles going from ISBT towards Rispana will be diverted from Kargi Chowk towards Dudhli Road.
5- Heavy vehicles coming from Haridwar will be stopped at Laltappad and Harrawala.
