Lalit Jha’s father Devanand Jha said that his son is not an accused. And they will go to court against making him an accused. The incident came to light yesterday. His arrest is revealed. We have received information from someone else. We all live in Kolkata. I am a Pandit. We do not believe that he is an accused. We will go to court.

Let us tell you that according to police sources, Lalit Jha has told during interrogation that his motive behind breaching the security of Parliament was to spread anarchy. During Lalit Jha’s appearance in Patiala House Court, Delhi Police claimed that accused Lalit Jha had admitted that he had met with other accused several times before breaching the security of Parliament.
He prepared this entire plan in a meeting with other accused. According to sources, after the incident Lalit Jha fled to Nagaur in Rajasthan. Investigation revealed that Kailash and Mahesh Kumawat, who are cousins, made arrangements for his stay there. Now efforts are also being made to arrest both of them.

The police officer involved in the investigation of this case said that we are considering contacting the Parliament to seek permission to recreate the incident inside the House and outside the Parliament House. Lalit Jha, who was arrested on Thursday, revealed during interrogation that he had thrown his phone near the Delhi-Jaipur border and destroyed the phones of other accused.
