Two Volvo buses included in the fleet of Uttarakhand Transport Corporation Tanakpur, Champawat, Dhami flagged off

In view of the vision of making Champawat district ideal, new dimensions are being created every day by the Chief Minister of the state Pushkar Singh Dhami. The Chief Minister has given another gift to the people of Champawat. On Friday, the Chief Minister flagged off a 42 seater Volvo bus to Dehradun in Tanakpur under his assembly constituency. Due to which two Volvo buses have been included in the fleet of Uttarakhand Transport Corporation Tanakpur, Champawat. Earlier, the Chief Minister performed ritual worship of the bus at Jagbuda bridge in Banbasa. After that, traveled about eight kilometers in Volvo from Jagbuda bridge to Tanakpur.

With the start of Volvo service between Tanakpur, the border area of the district and the capital Dehradun, people will be able to get better facilities. People of Tanakpur and areas bordering Nepal will now be able to travel directly to the capital Dehradun by Volvo bus. This will make transportation easier. After flagging off the Volvo bus in Tanakpur on Friday, Chief Minister Dhami said that providing facilities to the public is the priority of the state government. People will get modern and comfortable transportation facility from Volvo Bus Service. Availability of Volvo bus service to Tanakpur will also bring new dimensions to the tourism scenario. Volvo bus will leave from Tanakpur for Dehradun every day at 8 pm and reach Dehradun at 5 am the next day. The second bus will leave from Dehradun for Tanakpur every day at 9 pm and will reach Tanakpur at 6 am the next day.

He said that construction work of Roadways Bus Terminal, Depot Workshop Building, Regional Workshop Building and Tire Shop is being done in Tanakpur Nagar at a cost of Rs 5590.70 lakh. Under this, the bus terminal to be built in Tanakpur city of the district will be equipped with modern facilities. Which includes bus terminal, air conditioned waiting room with capacity of 100 persons under bus depot, food court with seating capacity of 100 persons, car parking with capacity of 170 vehicles, 20 bedded male and female dormitory, boarding platform for 12 buses, bus parking for 24 buses, 7 Parking facility with electronic charging for buses, workshop facility for 20 buses, shopping store, restaurants, dispensary, and clothes room facility, male and female public toilets will be built. The district will become ideal only when the district is equipped with every facility. To promote tourism, we will have to give priority to the construction of modernly equipped bus stands, only then the tourists and travelers coming from outside will have ease of travel. Construction of ISBT will not only increase employment opportunities but will also boost tourism. During this, BJP District President Nirmal Mahara, State Minister BJP Hema Joshi, District In-charge and State Minister BJP Vikas Sharma, District Magistrate Navneet Pandey, SP Devendra Pincha, MLA Representatives Prakash Tiwari, Deepak Rajwar, BJP District General Secretary Mukesh Kalkhudia, Subhash Bagauli, Govind Samant, Regional Manager of Uttarakhand Transport Corporation Pawan Mahara, Sub-District Magistrate Akash Joshi, public representatives, distinguished citizens, officers and general public were present. Earlier, on his arrival in the district, the Honorable Chief Minister was welcomed by the District Magistrate, party workers and the regional public. Uttarakhand / Dehradun: A heart wrenching incident has come to light from Vikasnagar in Dehradun, the capital of Uttarakhand. Where a young man killed his own mother and fled from the spot. Actually this incident is of 3rd August. Where Herbertpur police got information about a fire in a house in Rambagh area. When the police reached the spot, they found the burnt body of an old woman inside. The owner of the house, Sanjay Singh Rana, identified the body as his wife Suresho Devi alias Vandana Rana. Earlier it seemed that the woman died due to burning in the fire but the investigation revealed the case of murder. In such a situation, today the police has arrested him. Murdered mother when he did not get money for drugs The next day of the incident, the husband of the deceased, Sanjay Singh, while giving a complaint to the police, told that his son Manmohan Singh used to live with his mother. He was addicted to drugs and often used to demand money from his mother. There used to be a lot of quarrel between the two when the mother refused. The father told that Manmohan was missing from home since the incident. After which, he expressed doubt that maybe his son had committed the murder and set the room on fire. The police already suspected the son The police immediately registered a case against the son and started investigation. After which, on the night of 14 August, the police arrested Manmohan Singh from Kulhal area. During interrogation, Manmohan Singh confessed his crime. He told that he has been addicted to drugs for a long time. He has already gone to jail in drug smuggling and Arms Act cases. On the day of the incident, he had asked his mother for money for drugs. But his mother refused to give him money and also did not let him go out of the house. He fled with the money after the murder After which, Manmohan Singh, in anger, attacked his mother’s neck with a wooden stick kept in the house. Due to which she died on the spot. After the murder, Manmohan Singh wrapped the body in a mattress and set it on fire so that it appeared that the woman died due to burning. Manmohan fled on a motorcycle with 30 thousand rupees kept in the cupboard of the house and his clothes.
