Constable Sachin’s family will get Rs 1.35 crore; SP said- family will decide, who wants job

The work of providing all possible help to the family of brave soldier Sachin Rathi, who lost his life in an encounter with a history-sheeter, has started. Rs 1.35 crore will be given to the victim’s family under various heads. Of this, Rs 50 lakh will be received from the government while Rs 85 lakh will be received from departmental insurance.
SP Amit Kumar Anand said that this incident has shocked the entire police department. In such a situation, the entire department is with the family of Sachin Rathi. Necessary process has been started so that his family gets the help amount as soon as possible.
The account is in the Bank of Baroda branch. Bank officials have been called and asked to complete all the necessary procedures as soon as possible to release this amount. Apart from this, whatever possible help will be provided to the family.
The family will decide who wants the job
After the martyrdom of Sachin Rathi, some member of his family is to get a government job in return. Since Sachin was unmarried, it would be decided in the family as to which member should be given the job in his place. The SP said that the process of getting a job will be taken forward only with the consent of the family.
Policemen went to Muzaffarnagar
During the last journey of his colleague Sachin Rathi, many policemen from here also went to Muzaffarnagar along with his mortal remains. Apart from his colleagues posted at Vishungarh police station, his colleagues who were with him during his posting at Saurikh police station are also included in this. Sachin’s fiancee Komal Deshwal has also gone to Muzaffarnagar.
Bid farewell to the soldier with tearful eyes
The body of constable Sachin Rathi, who was martyred after being shot by a history-sheeter, was brought to the police line on Tuesday afternoon. The soldiers bid farewell to his mortal remains with tearful eyes in the police line with a condolence salute. After this, the mortal remains were sent to Shah Dabbar, his ancestral village in Muzaffarnagar.
Injured constable Sachin Rathi died during treatment in Kanpur late on Monday night. After the post-mortem on Tuesday afternoon, the body was brought to the Martyr’s Place located at Police Lines. Along with the police personnel, ADG Alok Singh, IG Prashant Kumar, DM Shubhrant Shukla, SP Amit Kumar Anand along with fellow officers paid tribute with tearful eyes and the soldiers saluted by bowing their arms.
DM, SP along with Sadar MLA and Social Welfare Minister Aseem Arun took the dead body to the vehicle and sent it to the constable’s native village. Along with the top officer, ADM Ashish Singh, ASP Dr. Sansar Singh, CO Sadar Dr. Priyanka Bajpai, CO Tirwa, CO Chhibramau, Sadar Kotwal and other police personnel were present to pay tribute.
Sobs could be heard
After bowing the arms and giving the salute, there was silence for two minutes at the martyr’s place and only the sound of sobbing could be heard. The eyes of every soldier and their family members present in the police line were moist. Everyone was sobbing. No one was daring to talk to anyone. Everyone’s eyes were on each other expressing grief over the martyrdom of Sachin Rathi.
