Uttarakhand / Dehradun: Dumper crushes scooter rider in road accident, person dies painfully, driver absconds
News of road accident is coming from Dehradun. The dumper went away trampling the scooter rider. The scooter rider died in the accident. After the accident, the dumper driver left his vehicle and fled from the spot.
Dumper crushed scooter rider
According to the information, the accident happened late Sunday evening near Gurjar Basti in Kunja. It is being told that the scooter rider was going towards Paonta Sahib. As soon as his scooty reached Gurjar Basti Kunja, the dumper hit him hard. In the accident, the scooter driver came under the dumper.
Painful death of a person
After receiving information about the incident, the police team reached the spot and took the injured to the hospital with the help of an ambulance. Where the doctors declared him dead. The deceased was identified as Amrik Singh (48). It is being told that he was a servant of Gurudwara Paonta Sahib.
Search for driver continues
According to the information, outpost in-charge Praveen Saini said that the dumper driver left his vehicle at a short distance and fled from the spot. The dumper has been seized from the spot. The dumper was filled with mixture. The absconding dumper driver is being searched. The accused will be arrested soon.
