Block coordinator of RYA, Rekha Barakoti said that the government has made every effort to protect the rapists in both Banaras and Champawat places. The three rapists of Banaras even campaigned for BJP in Madhya Pradesh elections after committing the incident. The police does not catch the culprit of Champawat.
