Uttarakhand covered with fog, big update regarding snowfall, cold day in these areas

Due to the effect of westerly winds, people in the entire state are shivering from the cold. The minimum temperature here has reached below 6 degrees Celsius. In such a situation, people are trying to protect themselves from the cold with the help of bonfire. The Meteorological Department has given a big update regarding the weather on Friday.
Due to severe winter in Uttarakhand, life is disrupted. From Dehradun to Haridwar, the effect of cold has increased due to westerly winds. The Meteorological Department says that the cold weather is going to continue for the next few days. It is expected that the cold will increase due to the cold wave. During the winter season, the maximum temperature goes below 10 degrees Celsius and the minimum goes between 6.5 to 4.5 degrees Celsius, creating cold conditions.
How will the weather be
There is going to be severe cold in Uttarakhand on Friday also. According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, there will be cold day conditions in many areas on Friday. Cold day is expected in Almora, Pithoragarh and Bageshwar. The meteorological department has issued a yellow alert. Under this, there will be dense fog in Haridwar, Nainital, Pauri, Udham Singh Nagar. Along with this, there is a possibility of frost in the hilly areas.
No chance of snowfall
There may be frost in the hilly areas, but there is no possibility of snowfall at present. Meteorologists say that snowfall can happen only after it rains, but it has not rained yet. In Uttarakhand, the night temperature is reaching below 6 degrees, while in some areas the day temperature is likely to reach around 19 degrees. The increasing cold is also affecting traffic. Due to low visibility, trains are running late here. Along with this, vehicles are also moving slowly on the road in dense fog.
