Uttarakhand: ACS Radha Raturi did a surprise inspection of the Chief Minister’s sections located at the Secretariat and took stock of the arrangement of offices, record maintenance, cleanliness etc. and gave these instructions

Additional Chief Secretary Smt. Radha Raturi has given a deadline of 15th February to the offices of Chief Minister Sections located in the Secretariat to fix all their arrangements along with record maintenance, cleanliness, auction and weeding of old and unusable items and files. Mrs. Radha Raturi has given strict instructions to complete the work of weeding, auction and cleaning and beautification of unused items and files by running a campaign in the Chief Minister’s sections of the Secretariat in the next 15 days. ACS has given instructions to make arrangements for weeding regularly every year.

On the instructions of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, on Friday, while conducting a surprise inspection of the Chief Minister Sections located at the Secretariat and taking stock of the arrangement of the offices, record maintenance, cleanliness etc., ACS Smt. Raturi advised the concerned officers to make the sectional offices a dignified work environment for the employees. Also advised to improve work culture. He has given strict instructions to maintain regular cleanliness of offices, paint them, remove unused items, weed out unnecessary files and take care of the facilities required for the employees to work. ACS Mrs. Radha Raturi gave 15 days time to correct the arrangements and asked for re-inspection to check compliance with the above instructions.

On this occasion, Secretary SN Pandey along with section officers, administrative officers, personnel and other concerned officers of all the six sections of the Chief Minister’s Office were present.
