Uttarakhand: Winter is harsh in the state, Meteorological Department issued alert for these districts

The scourge of winter continues in Uttarakhand. The problem of fog persists in the plains of the state. Tuesday morning started with sunshine but severe cold continued due to frost in the morning and evening. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert of dense fog for two districts.

According to Meteorological Department Director Vikram Singh, there will be dense fog in Haridwar and Udham Singh Nagar. For which an alert has been issued. Let us tell you that due to fog in the plains for the last few days, it is colder than the mountains. People are troubled by the cold.

Weather patterns will change after 25
According to meteorologists, western disturbance may become active in the state by January 25. After which, on January 26, there are chances of light rain and snowfall in Rudraprayag, Chamoli, Uttarkashi, Bageshwar and Pithoragarh districts.
