Police arrested 19 people
Police have arrested 19 people in connection with the violence that took place in Mumbai’s Mira Road area on Sunday. Maharashtra Police Additional Commissioner Shrikant Pathak said that eight cases have been registered in connection with the incident and further investigation is underway. On January 22, a day before the Pran Pratishtha program at Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya, a procession was passing through Naya Nagar area of Mira Road.
