Uttar Pradesh / Etawah: Unclaimed corpse made girlfriend’s ‘husband’… 50 year old lawyer’s film plan for fourth marriage and money
A new twist has come in the case of identification and cremation of an unidentified dead body in Etawah. The people who took the dead body from the hospital mortuary turned out to be fake. Acting proactively, the police have arrested 5 people who submitted fake documents.
A person was killed after being hit by a train near Sundarpur railway gate in Friends Colony area of police station. Since his body was unknown, the police had kept it in the mortuary. There is a provision to keep the body for 72 hours in case it is not identified, but after some time on the second day, three people came and claimed the body. He identified the deceased as Atul Kumar. All three people, posing as brothers and father of the deceased Atul Kumar, submitted the Aadhaar card and took the body and performed the last rites.
But the very next day the real family members of the deceased came and made their claim, then the police listened and the investigation started. In their investigation, the police found that the dead body was taken by using fake Aadhar card and fake identity and the mobile numbers were also found to be fake.
Investigation and interrogation revealed that the real names of the five arrested were a girl Muskaan Costa, her lover Hetram Mittal and another relative Farooq, Tasleem and Furkan.
Wanted to marry 22 year old girlfriend
During police interrogation, it was revealed that 50 year old Hetram Mittal was upset with his wife. He wanted to marry his girlfriend Muskaan Costa (22 years). Hetram got acquainted with Muskaan 5 years ago, when Muskaan’s parents had filed a case against Hetram for luring a minor and making her disappear.
After that, Hetram conspired to implicate his girlfriend’s parents and declared the unidentified dead body found in a mortuary as fake Atul Kumar. So that by revealing the name of the deceased as Muskaan’s husband Atul Kumar, he can implicate the girlfriend’s parents in the murder case and marry the girlfriend.
Misled the wife also
After hatching the conspiracy, he also kept misleading his real wife Shikha Aggarwal and kept telling her that Muskaan was married to Atul Kumar and to prove this fact and implicate Muskaan’s parents in the murder. The unknown body was cremated by declaring it to be Atul Kumar.
There was no person named Atul Kumar
Hetram included Farooq, Tasleem and Furkan with him. On the basis of fake Aadhaar card, he was presented as a relative of Atul Kumar. While in reality there was no person named Atul Kumar, it was only a fictional character created.
The police have registered a case under sections 34, 193, 419, 467, 468, 471 and sent Hetram Mittal, his girlfriend Muskaan Costa and his three associates Farooq, Tasleem and Furkan to jail.
Hetram has left his wives
Wife Shikha Aggarwal says, Hetram used to beat me. I also have two children. My husband kept threatening to kill me and my children. My parents have passed away. Shikha claims that Hetram has already left two wives. He can do anything for girl and money.
They said
Senior Superintendent of Police Sanjay Kumar said that Friends Colony police station has arrested the wanted accused Hetram Mittal from near TB Hospital. His girlfriend Mahera Chungi and other associates have also been arrested from the mortuary main gate. Action is being taken to send him to jail.
