Uttarakhand / Udham Singh Nagar: Accident occurred in Sitarganj, speeding truck crushed a youth and teenager riding a bike, condition critical

The news of the accident is coming from Udham Singh Nagar. The speeding truck went out of control and crushed a bike-riding youth and an eight-year-old teenager on the roadside. The passers-by quickly took both the injured to the hospital.

Hit by a speeding truck
The accident is said to have occurred on Friday. According to the information, a speeding truck hit the bike rider hard in front of Krishi Mandi Gate on Amriya Pilibhit Road in Sitarganj. In which the youth riding the bike was badly injured. Meanwhile, the truck also crushed an eight-year-old teenager standing on the roadside.

Seeing the accident, nearby people took both the injured to the Community Health Center with the help of an ambulance. From where the doctors, seeing the critical condition of both of them, referred them to the Higher Center Haldwani. Doctors said that both the injured had serious injuries on their legs.

Truck driver absconded from the spot
According to doctors, the condition of both of them remains critical at present. According to the information given by the police, after the accident, the driver left the truck and fled from the spot. At present, the police have taken the truck in their custody and have started searching for the accused driver.
