Uttarakhand: Harak Singh’s daughter-in-law Anukriti Gusain also left Congress, had contested assembly elections in 2022

This time Uttarakhand Congress leader Anukriti Gusain has resigned from the primary membership of the party. Anukriti Gosain is the daughter-in-law of veteran state leader Harak Singh Rawat and has also contested elections from Lansdowne Assembly in the year 2022 on Congress ticket.

Anukriti Gusain has also contested the Lansdowne Assembly seat in the last assembly elections 2022 on Congress ticket. The special thing is that Anukriti Gusain is the daughter-in-law of veteran Congress leader Harak Singh Rawat in Uttarakhand and remains active in the politics of the state.

Anukriti Gusain has given the letter regarding her resignation to Congress State President Karan Mahara. However, no specific reason has been given as to why he resigned. In a letter written to the state president, Anukriti Gusain says that she is resigning from the primary membership of Congress due to personal reasons.

If we talk about the last 48 hours, two big leaders have left Uttarakhand Congress. In this, the first name is that of Congress MLA from Gangotri Vijaypal Sajwan and the second name is that of party leader Malchand from Purola. When ETV Bharat spoke to Anukriti Gusain about leaving the Congress, she said that the reason for her leaving the party was personal and she did not want to say anything more than this. When she was asked whether she was joining any other party, she refused to give any answer.
