Youtuber Elvish Yadav gets bail from court in snake venom case, released on two sureties of Rs 50 thousand

YouTuber Elvish Yadav has got bail in the snake venom smuggling case. The court granted bail on two personal bonds of Rs 50 thousand each. His hearing had been postponed thrice in the past. Due to the strike, the bail application could not be heard thrice.

The hearing on Elvish’s bail application was postponed since Monday. Advocate Deepak Bhati said that the bail application was heard today. Elvish was produced in the court after being taken into judicial custody on Wednesday.

Were arrested after interrogation on March 17
Let us tell you, the police had called Elvish for questioning on Sunday (March 17), only after which he was arrested. The police had taken this action in the case of smuggling of snake venom. Last year, Noida Police had registered an FIR in Sector-49. Elvish Yadav will be presented in the court after some time.
