Russia fired 31 missiles at Ukraine’s capital Kiev, 13 people injured
The war between Russia and Ukraine has been going on for a long time. Meanwhile, Russia once again launched missile attacks on Kiev early Thursday. 13 people were injured in this attack. Many residential buildings and industrial establishments were damaged.
It is being told that Ukraine retaliated, due to which loud explosions were heard in the capital around 5 am. At the same time, the air raid warning ended at 6:10 in the morning.
According to the New York Post, this is the biggest attack on the Ukrainian capital in recent weeks. However, at present the damage has not been known.
Fire caused by falling debris
Ukraine’s military said Russia attacked with 31 hypersonic and ballistic missiles. Kiev councilor Vitali Klitschko said that air defense forces retaliated and shot down the missiles. Debris from these missiles fell in various parts of the city, causing at least three residential buildings and parking lots to catch fire. Emergency services were alerted in advance of the attack.
Need for military assistance
Let us tell you, the air strike took place at a time when the Russian army is advancing with ground attacks at several places along the border line of more than 600 miles. A day before the attack, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky had said on Wednesday that military assistance was needed to protect the country from attacks.
