Gunmen fired indiscriminately in Moscow’s concert hall, claiming 40 people dead

Gunmen fired indiscriminately into the crowd at the Crocus Concert Hall near the Russian capital Moscow. According to media reports, three to four gunmen started firing on people simultaneously, resulting in the death of 40 people. Initially, 12 people were said to have been killed and 35 injured in the firing incident. After the attack, SWAT Teams have taken charge. Police teams are busy evacuating people and taking the injured to hospital.

Media reports have claimed that at least 40 people have been killed and around 100 injured in the shooting at the Crocus Concert Hall near Moscow. According to the report, the terrorists have also taken hundreds of people hostage. However, the situation of the hostages has not been cleared yet. For this reason the security forces are not entering inside.

According to reports, at least three gunmen in security forces uniform entered the concert hall and started firing at the people inside. Due to which many deaths have occurred and many people have been injured. Russian news agency Tass reported that the building exploded and caught fire after the attack. According to Russian media, the attackers also used explosives, causing a massive fire in the hall. In the video viral on social media, heavy smoke is seen rising from the building.
