There is good news for the devotees waiting to go for Adi Kailash Darshan. Soon the journey to Adi Kailash, the abode of Lord Shiva, is going to begin. This time, for the first time on behalf of KMVN, devotees will be able to travel to Adi Kailash by road from Tanakpur also.
Adi Kailash Yatra will start before May 13
This time Kumaon Mandal Development Corporation is going to start Adi Kailash Yatra from 13th May. Till now, 210 devotees have made booking for Adi Kailash Yatra in Kumaon Mandal Vikas Nigam. Out of which five bookings have been made from Tanakpur to Adi Kailash. Let us tell you that last year 315 devotees had visited Adi Kailash.
Adi Kailash Yatra is completed in eight days
Let us tell you that Adi Kailash Yatra is one of the difficult journeys of India. The journey from Kathgodam to Adi towards KMVN takes eight days. During this time, devotees are given darshan of Adi Kailash as well as some famous temples of Kumaon including Kainchi Dham, Jageshwar Dham, Patal Bhuvaneshwar and others.
Devotees will be able to travel by road from Tanakpur for the first time
This year, for the first time, devotees will be able to travel to Adi Kailash via Champawat, Pithoragarh by road journey. The most important thing is that devotees will be able to do this journey in five days. Three days’ time will also be saved by traveling from Tanakpur. Along with this, heli service can also start soon this time for Adi Kailash Yatra.
