Whereas BJP has declared Madhavi Lata as its candidate. KCR’s party has also fielded its candidate against Asaduddin. BRS has made Gaddam Srinivas Yadav its candidate this time.

However, it is not easy to defeat Owaisi from Hyderabad seat. This can be gauged from the fact that in 2019, he had defeated BJP candidate Bhagwant Rao Pawar by a huge margin of 2.82 lakh votes. This time Congress is hoping to win this seat by fielding a Muslim candidate. Telangana Congress leaders say that Shahnaz will be a good candidate against Tabassum Asaduddin Owaisi and she can compete with him.

Whereas BJP hopes that Madhavi Lata can give good results to the party this time. He is local and BJP considers it a big thing. It is believed that Madhavi Lata has a good following among Muslims also.
