Actress Kareena Kapoor and Karisma Kapoor will enter politics, belong to Shinde group, Will she join Shiv Sena?
After Bollywood actor Govinda, now Bollywood actresses Kareena Kapoor and Karishma Kapoor can enter politics. According to reports, both the sisters may join Shiv Sena (Eknath Shind faction).
This news has created a stir before the Lok Sabha elections. If Kareena Kapoor and Karisma Kapoor join Shiv Sena, it could be beneficial for Shinde. The party can give Lok Sabha election tickets to both of them from Mumbai. However, no statement has come out from the actresses yet.
Earlier, Govinda had returned to politics. He joined the Shiv Sena led by Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on Thursday (28 March). In 2004, Govinda contested the Lok Sabha elections from North Mumbai and defeated BJP’s Ram Naik. Govinda had planted the Congress flag in the BJP stronghold. However, now there is talk that he may contest from North Central Mumbai Lok Sabha constituency.
