The result was that Tharali seat, where there was a close contest between BJP and Congress, BJP won that seat by a margin of more than 8 thousand votes. Today he has also started the Lok Sabha election campaign from Tharali Assembly. He appealed to the public and workers in Tharali to vote in favor of Lok Sabha candidate Anil Baluni.
Praised the works of the government
Attacking the Congress, CM Dhami said that after the Mughals and the British, if anyone has looted the country, it is the Congress. During the time of Congress, corruption was at its peak instead of development. Now in the government of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Article 370 was removed from Kashmir. Along with the construction of Ram temple, many highways including all-weather road have been constructed. Work on the railway project is also going on at a fast pace. The common people are directly getting the benefits of Kisan Samman Nidhi, Ujjwala Yojana including Ayushman Bharat and Garib Kalyan Food Scheme.
Achievements of the state government also counted
While counting the achievements of the state government, CM Dhami said that the government has taken steps for the rights of citizens in Devbhoomi through Uniform Citizenship Code, Anti-Copying Act including Conversion Act and Anti-Riot Act. On the other hand, while amplifying the point of Cabinet Minister Dhan Singh Rawat, CM Dhami took a jibe at Congress.
