Congress has intensified its campaign as part of the election campaign for five Lok Sabha seats in the state on April 19. As part of the campaign on Wednesday, at the State Congress Headquarters, the State Congress President formally made the party leaders and workers wear the badges of the party election symbol and started the program of making every worker wear the badges till the ground label.
On this occasion, Uttarakhand Congress Committee’s Chief Media Coordinator Rajeev Maharshi inaugurated the campaign by presenting the party election symbol badge to State Congress President Karan Mahara. Former metropolitan president Lalchand Sharma also decorated the badge of the state president. After that all the leaders and workers were given badges.
Chief Media Coordinator Rajiv Mehrishi urged the party leaders that the party badge should be visible on the chest of every worker while interacting with the public. Of course, this is a very small part of the election campaign but it not only boosts our morale but also creates a solid identity among the public and sends a meaningful message.
Along with this, Congress also intensified the door to door contact campaign. On this occasion, former Congress Metropolitan President Lal Chand Sharma, General Secretary Naveen Joshi, spokesperson Deep Bohra, media panelist Mohan Kala, Secretary Geetaram Jaiswal, Vikas Negi, Manju Tripathi, etc. were present.
