Uttarakhand: From tomorrow the elderly and disabled will vote at home, postal ballot facility will start

In Pauri, the facility of voting through postal ballot ballot for 85 years and disabled voters will start from 6th April i.e. tomorrow. Let us tell you that this facility will be available till 8th April. There are 1396 voters above 85 years of age and 315 disabled voters in Pauri. Who will vote through postal ballot.

Let us tell you that a training workshop for polling officers was held in Sanskriti Bhawan Auditorium last Thursday. During this, District Election Officer Dr. Ashish Chauhan said that the door-to-door voting process for elderly and disabled voters will continue from April 6 to 8.

Manifesto will be taken from those who did not vote
Elderly and disabled voters have been made to fill Form 12-D for voting through ballot paper. He said that 146 teams have been formed for this. In which 440 personnel have been deployed. A declaration should be taken from those who had filled Form 12-D and did not vote through ballot paper.

Voting will be conducted from deprived people on 10th April
The District Election Officer also took a meeting of representatives of political parties. It was said in the meeting that those who are deprived of voting will be made to vote through ballot paper on April 10.
