15 people died in Chhattisgarh bus accident, President, PM and CM expressed grief, company will give compensation of Rs 10 lakh each

PM Modi has expressed grief over the bus accident in Chhattisgarh and wished for the speedy recovery of the injured. On the other hand, Chhattisgarh CM Vishndev Sai gave an update on the accident that proper arrangements have been made for the treatment of the injured. So far 15 people are said to have died in this accident. Although initially 11 people were officially reported dead.

Earlier, the CM had also expressed grief over the bus accident and said that complete arrangements have been made for the treatment of those injured in the accident and the administration is busy taking care of the injured.

Company will give compensation of Rs 10 lakh each

Regarding this accident, the company has promised to give Rs 10 lakh each to the deceased, job to one member and bear the entire expense of the injured. All the injured have been admitted to AIIMS, Apex Om and other hospitals. There were a total of 40 people in the bus. The number of deaths may also increase. At present, rescue is going on with the help of torches and mobile phones. Deputy CM Vijay Sharma has said that strict action will be taken against whoever is found guilty in this case.

All those injured and deceased in the accident were employees of a private company. The bus in which they were traveling fell into a pit in a Murum clay mine in Chhattisgarh’s Durg district on Tuesday night. Visuals from the scene reveal that the bus overturned after falling and a rescue operation is underway to rescue the trapped passengers.

President Murmu also expressed grief
