Uttarakhand: Routes will remain diverted during the movement of polling parties, take a look before leaving the house

In view of the Lok Sabha elections, the route has been diverted by the traffic police during the movement of polling parties in Dehradun. Other vehicles will be diverted from April 18 to April 20 during the movement of polling parties. So that the general public does not have to face problems.

Rut will remain diverted during the movement of polling parties

In view of the voting process of Lok Sabha elections to be held on April 19, a strong room has been made in Maharana Pratap Sports College, Raipur. From where all the polling parties will depart and return. The traffic police at SSP Dehradun have prepared a diversion plan during the departure and return of polling parties at Sports College and en route.

These routes were diverted

  • No heavy vehicle will be allowed to come towards the stadium from Maldevta, Thano Road.
    Heavy vehicles of any kind will not be allowed to enter from Ring Road, Survey Chowk, Sahastradhara Crossing, Raipur Chowk, Pulia No. 6 to Maharana Pratap Sports Stadium.
  • Entry of vehicles coming from the airport and police stations towards Mussoorie city via Maharana Pratap Chowk, Raipur will be restricted on this route. In view of this, vehicles coming towards Mussoorie city will be able to go towards the city through Bhaniyawala, Doiwala and other link routes.
  • Vehicles going from Dehradun city via Maharana Pratap Chowk Raipur to police stations and airport will not be allowed to enter Raipur. Vehicles going to airport and police stations from Mussoorie side will be sent towards their destination via Rispana bridge via Doiwala, Bhaniawala.
  • No heavy vehicle from Maldevta side will go towards Maharana Pratap Chowk. All such heavy vehicles will be stopped at Chowki Maladevta.
  • Vehicles going towards Raipur from Rajpur, Sahastradhara crossing will also be sent from Survey Chowk to their destination via Rispana bridge via Doiwala/Bhaniyawala.
