Uttarakhand: Clash between people and police personnel over keeping phones outside

When the people coming to vote outside the polling station in Dehradun were asked to keep their mobile phones outside, there was an altercation between them and the policemen.

At a polling booth in Dehradun, some people were carrying phones inside. During this time, when the police personnel stopped them, a heated argument broke out between the people and the police personnel. Whereas the Commission had already told that voters should leave devices like mobile, camera, earphones etc. at home when they go to cast their vote.
