The Dhami government has taken this decision in view of the convenience in movement of people by air service. Let us tell you that the scope of heli and air services is being expanded within the state. Some time ago, air service was started from Dehradun to Pithoragarh. CM Dhami himself had inaugurated it.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami shared this information on social media and said that the double engine government is strengthening the air connectivity of the state. CM further wrote that some time ago the much awaited Pithoragarh-Dehradun air service was launched from Naini Saini Airport.
Tourism will get expansion: CM
Initially the air service was being operated three days a week. Which has now been increased to 6 days. This air service will not only provide transportation facilities to the local people but will also expand tourism in the border areas and will also increase the livelihood of the people of the district.
