Talking to Amar Ujala, temple committee chairman Ajendra Ajay said that he has completed the arrangements for darshan during the Chardham Yatra. In Kedarnath Dham, railings have been made from Aastha Path to the temple. Arrangements have also been strengthened in Badrinath Dham. So that the pilgrims can visit without any hassle. There should not be any kind of fighting. He also said that the government has currently requested VIPs and VVIPs from all states not to come for darshan till May 25. At the same time, the temple committee has also given strict instructions to all the employees and officials to stay away from taking photographs and garlanding the VIPs. This will prevent chaos during darshan.
Pilgrims will be able to keep their luggage in the locker
Ajendra Ajay told that this time emphasis has been laid on simplifying the process of darshan in Kedarnath Dham and Badrinath Dham. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami himself is continuously reviewing the yatra. At the same time, temple committee teams have also already been deployed. He has appealed to all the pilgrims to cooperate in making arrangements at both the Dhams. Avoid making reels for social media. Come for darshan with devotion. He also told that lockers are being made in both the Dhams under the master plan. Pilgrims will be able to keep their belongings in the locker. Then mobile phones and cameras will be completely banned during darshan in the temple premises.
Enthusiasm for online puja booking
Temple Committee Chairman Ajendra Ajay said that many special pujas are held in the temple but due to the large crowd, many people are deprived of it. Hence, facility of online puja booking has already been provided through https://badrinath-kedarath.gov.in. Rs 4800 for Mahabhishek puja, 4500 for Abhishek puja, 12,000 for special puja, 51,000 for Srimad Bhagwat recitation, 2500 for Veda recitation, 2500 for Geeta recitation, 201 for Kapoor Aarti, 401 for Silver Aarti, Gold A fee of Rs 501 is payable for Aarti and Rs 701 for Vishnu Sahasranamavali. So far this year, more than 8000 devotees have made online puja booking. Last year, during the Chardham Yatra, 19,700 devotees at Badrinath Dham and more than 20,000 devotees at Kedarnath Dham had made online booking for puja.
Chardham Yatra registration crosses 22 lakhs
The number of Chardham Yatra registrations crossed 22 lakh on Wednesday. Three lakh 44 thousand 150 registrations have been done for Yamunotri, three lakh 91 thousand 812 for Gangotri, seven lakh 60 thousand 254 for Kedarnath, six lakh 58 thousand 486 for Badrinath and 45 thousand 959 for Hemkund Sahib. On Wednesday, 59 thousand 804 registrations were registered throughout the day.
