Weather took a turn in Uttarakhand, rain alert in these districts

Now the heat has started showing its anger in Uttarakhand. The Meteorological Department has issued a rain forecast for seven districts including the capital Dehradun for Friday.

Mercury crossed 39 degrees
The mercury has been continuously rising in the state for the last few days. On Thursday, the maximum temperature in the capital Dehradun crossed 39 degrees. Along with this, it was the hottest day of the season. Due to the scorching heat in the afternoon, people came out of their homes less. According to meteorologists, the temperature is likely to reach 40 in the coming days.

Chances of rain in these districts
According to Meteorological Department Director Vikram Singh, there is a possibility of rain in Dehradun, Rudraprayag, Chamoli, Uttarkashi, Champawat, Pithoragarh and Bageshwar districts today. Regarding which a yellow alert has been issued. There are chances of lightning in these districts. Whereas the weather will remain dry in other districts.
