But in the meanwhile the gangster left the girl with serious wounds. The local people hurriedly took the girl to the base hospital, Srikot. From there the girl has been referred to Higher Center Rishikesh. The condition of the girl still remains critical. Let it be known that in the last 4 months, Guldar has taken the lives of 3 children. While a girl is in coma. Now the condition of another girl still remains critical.
A 4-year-old girl was pulled from her mother’s lap: Around 9:30 pm on Tuesday night, Aadhira, 4 years old, daughter of Balwant Singh Rawat, resident of Tehri Garhwal, was with her mother in the courtyard of her house. Then Guldar pounced on the girl right from the mother’s hands. After pouncing, the henchman kept pulling the girl towards himself. The mother was busy trying to save the girl. During this time, when the mother raised an alarm, people from nearby areas also started making noise. Frightened by this, Guldar left the girl at a short distance. But by then the girl was seriously injured by the nails and teeth of the henchman.
The condition of the girl is critical: MS Dr. Ajay Vikram Singh of the Base Hospital affiliated to the Medical College, Shrikot said that the condition of the girl remains critical. There is a big hole in the girl’s neck, due to which air is filling the body. The girl is being sent to a higher center to insert a tube in her throat. At present, first aid to the girl has been done.
As soon as the evening comes, there is a shadow of fear of Guldar: Anirudh Swapnil, Ranger of Reserve Forest of Pauri, said that cages are being installed at different places in Srikot to catch Guldar. Besides, the activities of the henchmen are being monitored in these areas through trap cameras and drone cameras. He said that the attacking gangsters would soon be caught. Local resident and former Srikot councilor Vibhor Bahuguna said that Guldar has so far injured two children in Srikot. The situation remains very serious. As soon as evening comes, the fear of Guldar sets in the minds of people.
