Uttarakhand Former CM Trivendra Singh Rawat raised questions on his own government regarding Chardham Yatra, Congress called him courageous

These days Uttarakhand Chardham Yatra is going on. The statement of former Chief Minister Trivendra Rawat has come to light amid the challenge of travel arrangements. In which he has talked about forming a regulatory agency for the safety of passengers and their facilities. Also expressing his displeasure on the police administration and officers, he said that officers should not hide their failures by citing elections. His statement has been supported by former Congress cabinet minister Heera Singh Bisht.

Senior Congress Party leader and former cabinet minister Heera Singh Bisht says that Trivendra Singh Rawat’s statement regarding the yatra has come to light. In which he says that the arrangements for Chardham Yatra have broken down. In such a situation, he has done a great job of courage and bravery by saying this, because definitely there are disturbances being seen in the Chardham Yatra.

Questions raised regarding Chardham arrangements

Heera Singh Bisht said that the pilgrims coming for the first time to visit Chardham are returning to their homes without having darshan. The government has not made any proper accommodation arrangements for the passengers nor has it made proper arrangements for medical facilities. He said that Chardham Yatra has been the heritage of our state, but the government has not understood the importance of this religious journey.

Dhami government accused of not taking the Yatra seriously

Heera Singh Bisht said that the Dhami government did not take the Chardham Yatra seriously. If the Chief Minister had taken the Yatra seriously, he would have put ministers on duty to make the Yatra successful and smooth, so that the passengers would not have to face problems. He said that Trivendra Rawat has warned the Dhami government that the administrative system is out of the control of the government. As a result of which, disruptions are being seen in the journey.
