Uttarakhand: An elderly woman applied the ‘brakes’ on CM Dhami’s fleet, forcibly stopped him, told him the problem and demanded a solution
As soon as Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami came out after holding a meeting regarding the preparations of Chardham in the Secretariat, an elderly woman Premlata Dogra came and stood in front of his fleet. Due to which CM Dhami’s convoy stopped. During this, the security personnel tried to sideline the elderly woman, but the woman started insisting to go to CM Dhami. After which CM Dhami himself called the woman to him and listened to her problem very carefully. CM Dhami also assured the woman of a solution.
Let us tell you that Premlata Dogra was constantly meeting people regarding the recruitment of grandson in the Under 16 team of Cricket Association of Uttarakhand. Premlata Dogra was upset due to the non-selection of grandson in Under 16. After which Premlata Dogra reached the Secretariat this morning itself. During this, she tried to go inside the Secretariat, but the security personnel stopped her at the gate itself. Even after all this, Premlata Dogra did not give up. The elderly woman kept waiting for CM Dhami at the gate of the secretariat till he came out.
As soon as CM Dhami’s convoy came out after taking a meeting on the preparations of Chardham, the elderly woman Premlata Dogra came in front of the CM’s car. Due to which an atmosphere of chaos was created on the spot. In a hurry, the security personnel reached the elderly woman and tried to push her away, the elderly woman also insisted on meeting CM Dhami. During this, CM Dhami also saw the elderly woman. After which he called her to him and listened to her problem patiently. Along with this, CM Dhami also assured her of a solution.
The negligence of the police administration was also seen in this whole matter. The elderly woman was standing outside the gate for a long time, so why did the security not take information about it? Why was the woman not sidelined? Whereas when the CM comes out of the gate, the movement of all vehicles is stopped during that time, as well as the people standing there are also removed, but nothing like this happened in this case.
