Uttarakhand: Bankers Premier League concluded, The Monk XVI team won by three wickets
Bankers Premiere League was started in Dehradun on 11th May and was organized by the cricket teams of 8 national banks – SBI, ICICI, Canara Bank, Bank of India, Uttaranchal Gramin Bank, Union Bank of India, HDFC and Bank of Baroda. In which after the league round two teams The Monk Xvi SBI and Can 11 Canara Bank entered the finals.

Uttarakhand Congress spokesperson Abhinav Thapar participated as the chief guest in the final of BPL cricket tournament today and encouraged the players and concluded the ceremony by distributing prizes to them. Congress spokesperson Abhinav Thapar, the chief guest of BPL, said that sports is an important part of life and cricket or any other sport ensures the participation of youth. The Monk XVI team registered a victory by three wickets
Today, the final match of the 8-team Bankers Premiere League cricket tournament being held in Dehradun since May 11 was played between The Monk Xvi and Can 11 at Aryan Chhetri Ground. Online LIVE broadcast and score board of the tournament was arranged. In the final of the tournament, The Monk XVI team SBI defeated Can 11 team Canara Bank by 3 wickets in a thrilling match. Man of the Match Rohit Upadhyay scored 73 runs, Rahul Uniyal got the award for best bowler and Mukesh Rathod got the award for Man of the Series.
