PM Narendra Modi took charge as Prime Minister, all eyes on the division of departments

Prime Minister Narendra Modi took charge as Prime Minister in New Delhi today. After taking oath as Prime Minister for the third time, Prime Minister Narendra Modi signed his first file to release the 17th installment of PM Kisan Nidhi. This will benefit 9.3 crore farmers and about Rs 20,000 crore will be distributed. After taking oath for the third consecutive time as Prime Minister, Narendra Modi reached the Prime Minister’s Office in South Block on Monday. Now all eyes are on the distribution of departments.
The new cabinet comprises 30 cabinet ministers, five ministers of state with independent charge and 36 ministers of state. Sources said that the first cabinet meeting of the new ministers is likely to be held later in the day today. On Sunday evening, PM Modi took the oath of office along with 71 ministers at a ceremony held at Rashtrapati Bhavan. President Draupadi Murmu administered the oath of office to the PM and other ministers.
After taking oath, PM Modi posted on X that he looks forward to working with the Council of Ministers to serve 140 crore Indians and take India to new heights of progress. He also said that this team of ministers is a great mix of youth and experience. We will leave no stone unturned to improve the lives of the people. PM Modi is the second Prime Minister after Jawaharlal Nehru to serve three consecutive terms.
