At the same time, Mangalore assembly seat, which comes under Haridwar Lok Sabha, fell vacant after the death of BSP MLA Sarwat Karim Ansari. At the same time, looking at the result of Lok Sabha 2024, BJP wants to win both these seats, while Uttarakhand Congress State President Karan Mahara is also camping for these seats. Know when the elections will be held
Let us tell you that after the completion of the Lok Sabha elections, the Election Commission has announced the date of by-elections to be held on 13 assembly seats in seven states. Under which by-elections will be held on 2 assembly seats of Uttarakhand, Badrinath and Mangalore on July 10. The Election Commission will issue a notification on June 14 for this by-election. According to which the last date for nomination will be June 21 and scrutiny of nomination will be done on June 24. The last date for withdrawal of nomination is June 26, apart from this, voting will be held on July 10 and the results will be announced on July 13.
