The High Court has banned the construction of a military shrine in Uttarakhand, there is an allegation of land grabbing, read what the minister said

The High Court has currently put a stay on the construction of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s dream project Military Dham. It has come to light that some part of the land of the under-construction Military Dham has been encroached. After which the High Court has given this decision.
Allegation of encroaching the land of Military Dham
There is an allegation of encroaching some part of the Military Dham. Due to which the High Court has put a stay on the construction of Military Dham. The next hearing in the case is to be held on July 18. Actually, Dehradun resident Sanjay Kanojia says that he has bought land in the name of his wife Seema Kanojia, but the surprising thing is that Military Dham has been constructed on 1500 meters of his land, which he considers encroachment.
This is the whole matter
Let us tell you that the main gate of Military Dham which is being built is on his land. Sanjay has complained about this earlier also. After not getting justice from anywhere, he has knocked the doors of the High Court. The High Court has currently put a stay on the construction work of Military Dham. When he filed an RTI regarding the construction work being done on his land in the military Dham, the truth came out in that too. He has also been told that he will be given another land next to the military Dham in exchange for his land.
But on the other hand, the government has decided that no other construction work can be done within 500 meters of the military Dham. Petitioner Sanjay Kanojia says that he is not opposing the military Dham. He should just be given land in exchange for his land at a place where he can get construction work done on his land, and its market value should be equal to his land which has been used in the military Dham.
It is not right to comment on the High Court: Ganesh Joshi
Regarding the matter, Sainik Welfare Minister Ganesh Joshi says that it is not right to comment on the High Court. But some wrong facts have been presented in the court, because till now no decision has been taken by the government to stop construction work within a radius of 500 meters. Only the proposal has been sent to the government by the Directorate of Sainik Welfare.
