Police have arrested the protesters demanding death penalty for the accused in Ravi Badola murder case. Police is taking all the accused to Suddowala jail.

Local people took to the streets to get justice for Ravi Badola and against the increasing terror of criminals. The movement was also supported by Mool Niwas, Bhu-Kanoon Samanvay Sangharsh Samiti. All the protesters came out on the streets on Thursday. Along with this, they were demanding the government to give severe punishment to the accused.

This is the demand of the protesters?

The victim’s family has demanded a permanent job for the wife of late Ravi Badola, compensation of Rs 1 crore, free treatment of the injured along with compensation of Rs 20 lakh each. Along with this, there is a demand to run the investigation of the firing case in a fast track court.

All the seven accused are in police custody

Let us tell you that there was a lot of uproar in the capital Dehradun on Tuesday regarding this case. The angry people protested by staging a sit-in protest at Dobhal Chowk. After which the pressure on the police was increasing regarding the arrest of the accused. Let us tell you that the police has arrested all the seven accused.

CM Dhami strict

On Thursday, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami held a high-level meeting with the officials in the Ravi Badola murder case. In the meeting, the Chief Minister directed to conduct a background check of those buying land in Uttarakhand. Apart from this, instructions were also given to run the verification drive strictly.
