The government guest house in Patna where the gang and the candidates who committed the scam stayed a day before the NEET exam was booked by Tejashwi Yadav’s private secretary Pritam.
At the same time, Bihar Deputy CM Vijay Sinha said that Tejashwi Yadav’s PA Pritam Kumar booked a room for mastermind Sikandar through guest house employee Pradeep. The people who have been caught in the guest house are associated with Pritam and are PS of former Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav. Pritam got the guest house booked by putting pressure. Allotment letter was also not given for staying in the guest house, but people stayed there. Departmental action will be taken in this regard.
Administrative Service Officer of Bihar
Let us tell you that Pritam Kumar (52) has been an officer of the Administrative Service of Bihar for years. In August 2022, he got a new posting and was made the personal secretary of Tejashwi Yadav. Pritam’s father’s name is Subhash Chandra Nirala. He is a resident of Munger, Bihar.
Anurag, Sikandar and Pritam are relatives
Sikandar Prasad Yadavendu is a junior engineer in Danpur Municipal Council. He had booked guest house rooms in the name of his nephew Anurag. Police have arrested both Anurag and Sikandar. It is believed that Sikandar is the mastermind of the entire incident. He had planned to keep the candidates in the guest house and make them memorize the paper with the help of the gang. Anurag also said in his statement to the police that Sikandar is his uncle. He had brought the candidates to the guest house and made them memorize the paper overnight. Sikandar and Anurag said in their confession, Amit Kumar Anand and Nitish Kumar, accused in the paper leak case, had told me that we leak the papers of NEET, BPSC and UPSC along with other competitive exams and make the candidates memorize them.
