Bihar: NEET Paper Leak – Leader of solver gang, made his wife a doctor, girlfriend used to find and bring ‘goat’

The NEET UG paper leak case is being linked to Bihar. The Economic Offenses Unit (EOU) of Bihar, which is investigating the case, is continuously interrogating and making arrests. In this episode, the name of Atul Vatsya has come to the fore, who is said to be the kingpin of the interstate solver gang. Atul Vats is said to be the son of a retired administrative officer. He is originally the son of Arun Kesari, a resident of Bandhuganj village in Jehanabad. His father, who was the deputy director in the Commonwealth Games scam, was caught by the CBI.

During his studies, Atul became friends with a student preparing for medical. His girlfriend passed the medical exam while Atul was upset when he failed. During his coaching, he became close to a Dalit student preparing for medical in Patna. The same student filed an FIR against Atul in SKpuri police station a few years later for sexually exploiting her on the pretext of marriage. In this, Atul’s parents, siblings and two brothers-in-law were accused of conspiracy. However, later the victim married Atul, after which he came out of jail. Atul also has a luxurious house in Muzaffarpur.

In the investigation, the police found out that Atul Vatsya’s wife is an MBBS. While Saurabh Suman’s girlfriend is a BBA pass. She used to counsel the students preparing for medical and set them up with these cunning people. She herself used to sit as a scholar and set up other girls as well. Ujjwal’s girlfriend recently bought jewelry worth lakhs from a big jewelry showroom in Patna with the money she had cheated. The police is also investigating this.
