On International Yoga Day, CM Dhami did yoga at Adi Kailash, wished the people of the state

On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami did yoga for the first time in Adi Kailash, the land of Lord Shiva. While worshiping Lord Shiva in the Parvati Sarovar area adjacent to the Shiva temple in Jyoligkang, situated at an altitude of about 15 thousand feet above sea level, the CM also wished for the prosperity of the state.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has also extended his heartfelt wishes to the people of the state on International Yoga Day. He said that yoga is a valuable gift of our ancient heritage which helps in increasing the mental and physical strength of man and increasing spiritual energy.

CM Dhami said that regular yoga practice plays a special role in reducing stress, keeping life balanced and achieving impossible goals. He said that yoga is an identity of India’s oldest and rich tradition. This is an important gift of our sages to the whole humanity. Through yoga practice, we can remain physically and mentally healthy.

The CM said that today our unique identity has been created in the world through yoga. The world is looking towards India for yoga. Yoga has also given the message of health to the country and the world. The CM said that yoga has paved the way for happiness and peace of man. The great sage Patanjali has shown the way to live to the people through yoga. The ultimate goal of every human being is to attain happiness and peace in which yoga has a big role.
