Uttarakhand: SIT will now investigate the Ravi Badola murder case, police took the main accused on remand

SIT has now been formed for investigation in Ravi Badola murder case. SSP Ajay Singh has formed SIT under the leadership of CO Doiwala to investigate this case. Along with this, the police has taken the main accused Ramveer on remand.

SIT will now investigate Ravi Badola murder case

For the past few days, Ravi Badola murder case has been in discussions in the capital Dehradun. There is anger among the people regarding this. SIT has now been formed to investigate this case. SIT will now investigate this shootout at Dobhal Chowk. Police has taken the main accused of Ravi Badola murder case, Ramveer, on remand. Let us tell you that so far seven accused have been arrested in this case.

Instructions to collect evidence against the accused

SSP Ajay Singh has instructed the SIT to conduct a detailed investigation of all aspects of the incident as well as to take action to collect evidence against the accused. Along with this, instructions have been given to identify the illegal property of the accused as well as the encroachment done by them on government land. The SSP has also been instructed to coordinate with the concerned department and lobby for the demolition of the property.

This is the whole matter

Sonu Bhardwaj used to do money lending business along with his brother Monu. On Saturday, a youth named Sagar had mortgaged a vehicle near Sonu’s house for Rs 4.25 lakh. The owner of the vehicle was Deepak Badola, without whose consent Sonu had mortgaged the vehicle.

When Deepak Badola came to know about this, he asked for his vehicle back from Sagar Yadav, then Shambhu Yadav abused Deepak Badola and threatened not to return the vehicle. On which Deepak contacted Sonu Bhardwaj to ask for his vehicle back, but Sonu refused to give the vehicle.

Deepak along with his friends Subhash and Manoj Negi went to Sonu’s house on Saturday night to ask for his vehicle back from Sonu. During this, Sonu’s friend Ramveer fired at all three and injured them. In which Deepak died. While two youths are undergoing treatment in the hospital.
