The first challenge before the BJP is the by-elections. By-elections are to be held on Badrinath and Mangalore seats. This is also considered to be a test of the Dhami government and the newly elected MPs. Mangalore seat is Haridwar Lok Sabha from where former CM Trivendra Rawat has won and Badrinath seat which comes under Garhwal seat.
Anil Baluni has been elected MP from here. In such a situation, this will be the first test of these two MPs along with the government. It is believed that by winning both the seats, BJP wants to take the government forward with a new confidence. Also, BJP wants to complete the homework before the civic elections.
Homework was also done regarding the target of victory set by BJP in the Lok Sabha elections. After which BJP will look for the meaning and shortcomings of this victory.
