Let us tell you that two days ago, 60 houses were identified in Veer Gabbar Singh Basti and notice was issued. The demolition process has been started by MDDA. Heavy police force is also deployed on the spot. Today, bulldozers are being run on the identified houses.

Action had to be stopped on Tuesday

The encroachment removal campaign is going on by MDDA from Monday. On Monday, 125 houses of Kath Bangla area were identified. Out of which bulldozers were run on 29 houses. On Tuesday again MDDA tried to take action but due to opposition from the local people, MDDA had to stop the action.
